POLL: Who shot JFK

There was a discovery or history channel show that explored the multiple "ideas". They actually did a dry run of Oswald firing and going through the building to the location he was when he was found by police. They also tested every possible shooting location along the route. It basically said Oswald did it and the material presented was very convincing.

Yep, but don't bother the conspiracy idiots with facts.

Folks, Oswald shot Kennedy.

The only mystery lies in why he did it.
Jack Ruby got him to do it b/c he owed the Mafia (Black Hand out of Chicago) money, and was supposed to kill Oswald after they both escaped. Well, guess what, Oswald was caught. Ruby then had to pull the killing broad daylight, better spending life in prison than letting the Mafia (Giancana, Capone) get ahold of you for failing. As for why the Mafia ordered the hit, it was because Robert Kennedy promised to get the FBI off of the Mafia's case in exchange for getting JFK the presidency. The Mafia fixed votes in Illinois and Indiana with district hoppers to narrowly win the election for JFK (over Nixon). The deal turned sour when JFK and his dad turned their backs on the Mafia, and looked the other way on the FBI's increased prosecution of Mafia activities. Hence, the drive by execution of Robert Kennedy. And finally, the JFK assassination. Check out this book for more insight on the Mafia's role in the assassination.

If you had a time maching would you go back and

1. Videotape where they say all the other shooters were?

or

2. Stop the shooting?

Did anyone hear ever see that episode of Red Dwarf? In it they travelled back and prevented the shooting (not on purpose) and America turned into a desolate wasteland as a surviving Kennedy was impeached a few years later.

They then had to go back again and ensure Kennedy died so his image and the US survived to the modern day.

wasn't it a secret service guy that tripped?

I think I read a book once which said something like that, apparently Oswald fired twice, first bullet hitting the pavement and the second being the magic bullet. One of the Secret Service guys in the car behind fired by mistake for the last shot - don't know if it all makes sense though, every book I've ever read or tv programme seems to be very convincing...

I don't believe it was #1, beyond that, I can't say.

Another good question would be.

Of the ones who DO believe what the Gov. says, who was actually ALIVE when J.F.K. was shot?

Conjur, this one has been put to bed...the Oliver Stone movie is so full of lies its not even funny...the bullet was NOT in pristine condition at all

Oswald shot him, end of story...most people don't know that Oswald also tried to kill a wealthy area businessman, firing into his house, but he missed...don't see that in the movie though...

I'll be the first to admit that Stone's film is convincing, but so much about it is made up.

We were 90 minutes from nuclear war with Cuba and JFK was such a hothead that he was willing to go after them. JFK was murdered by his own government for the safety of the nation. Lee Harvy Oswald didn't fire a single shot, but he was one of six placed snipers and was setup from the beginning to be the fall guy.

I think you should add in the choice of the secret service. I truly believe those guys are so overlooked as the protector of any president. All it takes is one disgruntled agent who can get close enough to the president.

The movie with Sir Lawrence Costner? 😕

That was a POS and if anyone thinks it can be used as any sort of evidence for what really happened on that day they're insane. It's a MOVIE.

Most of what I know was from that A&E documentary series.
