A year ago I would have said Steak and Shake, but Culver's moved into Columbus and they own all other milkshakes.

Add Culver's.

btw, Butterburgers> all other hamburgers.

 
A place called the Purple Cow. You haven't had a milkshake till you've tried the "Peanut Butter and Jelly" shake.
 
When I was in high school the local bowling alley did. Absolutely killer burgers and chocolate shakes, too bad they closed down.
 
No Kelil's in S.FL, but we do have a Friendly's and they have the best Chocolate Shakes I've evey had.
 
This dairy farm in Massachusetts had a roadside store where they sold ice cream, milkshakes, etc. That was the best milkshake and ice cream I've ever had.
 
A local place here in Connecticut called Mr Chubbys makes the best shakes I've had any time recently EXCEPT for the ones I make myself!
