I am writing this on an HP Vectra VL Pentium 166. It has 96 meg RAM and a 2 gig hard drive. I use it as my webserver, but since it runs 24/7, I use it to check email so I don't have to boot up my main machine. (Duron @ 1200 MHz). The HP runs Windows 98.

Well, my parents had a Dell P-60 w/ 48mb ram until I gave them my old computer two years ago, which was a Dell P2 266 with 128. :)

Right wow I have a 1600+ w/ 512ram and a GF4, so I'm happy :)

I've got you all beat so far :) IBM Thinkpad w/ Pentium-90 here. 32 megs of sweet, sweet SODIMM RAM that runs at some awful speed that I'd rather not even think about. Running Win95 right now, and I finally got Opera 6 to work on it, but unfortunately it runs slower than IE, so I'm stuck using the inferior browser for now :(

It's not the fastest computer I have, that goes to my Duron 850, but I oddly tend to gravitate towards this Thinkpad more, mostly because I can lie in bed and work on it at the same time. I honestly don't know how much it cost, it was a gift from the parents, last Christmas in fact (imagine that, a Pentium 90 in 2001 ;)) The thing works great though, except for the fact that it runs on AC only and it took me 6 months and 4 PCMCIA Ethernet cards before I could finally get it hooked up to our home LAN. Nice to bring on trips though.

P200 (no MMX, no Pro) here, but I'm not a gamer at all, so I'll wait 'till the after Christmas sales to upgrade.
Maybe I could get like a 400 or even a 600!

Running CP/M.

Cheers!

I think you are in the lead so for, if my Atari 16 could access the internet, man I would be dialed. unfortunately they gave the thing no input or output channels and you could write in Basic but there was not way to save anything!

My household contains a 200mhz pentium that my mom uses once in a blue moon(soon to be scrap), an 8088 XT w/ 640k ram, hercules monocrhome video, 10mb hd, dual 5.25" floppies, blazing 4.7 mhz
we've also got a TRS-80 that works :D
