"Out of Africa" is only one of the theories in the human evolution camp. It is by no means a prove fact.

My Physical Anthropology professor (PhD from U.C. Berkeley, white dude) from last year claimed that the Out of Africa/Mitochondrial Eve hypothesis is considered at this point to have quite a high degree of likelihood.
