If this real estate bubble continues for another 3yr's as it has the last 3, I will be, just in equity on my home though. (I'm not investing in Real Estate otherwise). Of course, 1 million really isn't a lot of money, especially when it's equity in your house. But, it's nice to fallback on.

I also assume the bubble will pop. So, enjoying it while it lasts, and glad I got in before it started. Really should sell and move somewhere cheaper and then move back later, but, like where I'm at.

Cash or net worth?

Regardless, net worth = almost 1/3rd way there (net worth after subtracting any debt).

Actually, it does. I have a former engineering co-op that is now an Intellectual Property Lawyer. He makes "more" than that - 2 years out of law school.
