Just remember that DSLreports is pretty unreliable for speed testing.

Best to do ftp from a server you know.

It varies every 5 minutes, i'm on a university network. A few minutes ago it was 249k, now it's almost 1mbit.

I use to have 256k, i took it for granted and said it sucked and then I downgraded to 128k and things were much worse then ever just to save 10 bucks a month.
I like to have it back so today i did the switch to deluxe package again for only a mere 10 bucks more silly me for 39.95/month :D
effective oct 25,03 my upload will again be boosted to 384k, hell i need every little ounce i can get. damn corporate they cap so much that you can barely do anything with it.
I can sure use 768K upload for 49.95 a month, what is their for them to lose? This is still below the upload potential for DSL which is 1mbit.
