Poll: Who are the biggest braggarts about their home state/city?

THought this was timely with all the "____ is the greatest place evar!!!" threads. Feel free to suggest alternatives as well.
 
Considering I counted 9 threads that had the word california in it last night on the front page of OT, I'd say californians.
 
One has to factor in how much of a hellhole each state really is before assessing what constitutes bragging vs just stating the facts. Based on this I have to vote for Texans. California has alot going for it though I have no desire to live there. Texas (at least east of Van Horn or thereabouts) has no redeeming qualities whatsoever so any positive statement about the state has to be BS.

You can brag about things that are factual. If I told you that I had the biggest schlong of anyone I knew, I'd be stating a fact. If I said it all the time eventually I'd cross the line into bragging, even though it would still be a fact.

P.S. I'm not bragging , I'm just stating a fact. 😉

Edit: Oh yeah and California's definitely got my vote.

But per capita, Texas clearly wins. You have to realize that there are a crapload more Californians than anywhere else...so obviously there will be a greater number of braggarts.

Do you even know what those bumper stickers mean? It is and has been the anti-litter campaign slogan for the state for decades. I personally like it the more that people from out of state think Texas is a hellhole. This is a good thing because it means they will stay where they are. Nothing is worse than people from other states coming to your state and then bitching and complaining because it is not like the place they just left.....and this is valid for any state in the union. No one wants to hear your bitching when you are in a new state. If you don't like it go home.

Californians are by far the WORST offenders in this capacity. They bitch and moan that where ever they are is not like California. Well duh, you already fvcked your state up enough you had to leave so don't come to mine and try for a repeat. Go back to CA if living like that means so much to you and stop trying to change my state into the cesspool you created with your liberal BS.
