Windows 7 x64 Enterprise here -- did an in-place upgrade from Vista x64 Enterprise to Windows 7 x64 Enterprise from my Technet subscription. No real issues.

Win7 Pro x64, $29.99 (student deal). Win7 HP x64, $49.99 (pre-order) for the laptop..plus a second copy of HP because I didn't expect to get a better deal by release.. 😛

I don't know why people keep saying you need to call MS if you own a OEM version. I ran Vista OEM and changed ALL of my hardware and re-installed multiple times, never did I have to call MS or anything.

Win 7 Ultimate x64, two copies, both free. One from the Developer's conference last month and one from a Launch Party pack.

Buying a three-pack of Home Premium upgrade, $140 for the set.

Also have one Pro to download later today....$100.

If I can get the education discount, I'll get Windows 7 Professional 64-bit for my desktop. I'm debating what to do with my laptop. It's too bad the student deal only gets you once license AFAIK.

I haven't decided if I'll get the Family pack as well.

For 300 bucks, you could've picked up a Technet subscription with one of the 25%-off codes floating around. 🙂

Free Ultimate 32/64-bit from the HouseParty promotion, thanks MS!

Would have bought Professional x64 OEM otherwise...

I went with 7 Ultimate x64 since I could not do an in place upgrade of Vista Home Premium x64 to 7 Pro x64. Ultimate allows me to do this and allows Microsoft to get more money.

I pre-ordered 3 copies of Win 7 Home Premium from Newegg a few months ago. Total was $149 for all 3.
Should arrive today or tomorrow. Only drawback is on 1 computer I will have to do a clean install ..... the other 2 will hopefully upgrade without problems.
