For the pervs choosing invisibility for the sake of girls locker rooms.... You can use time manipulation for the same thing... freeze time and walk right in.
there are reasons why we like movies. they arent stop action. just the same, freezing time means the girls are a picture, and you cant watch really.
I voted time control but then again do you realize that if you freeze time enough, you'll age 40 years in only 20 years?? That would majorly suck.

I was under the impression that nightcrawler's "shapeshifting" abilities were due to a device that "cloaked" him so he could look like a normal person. I believe it was an illusion type of device. I could be wrong about that though. But.....while the other powers would be cool, I think the teleporting one would be very beneficial.
If I was to fly, I'd want invulnerability(in case of crashes or disorientation). Strength would be cool but I'd break stuff. The time manipulation thing would be cool too. jc

Ive always dug Spider-Man, so id go for Speed and Agility. I could then become a sports star and make huge amounts of cash.

It would really depend on the extents of your Time minipulation abilities.
1: Pause time, and you move around until you unpause? I'd say this is the basic ability everyone is thinking of.
2: Do you continue to age even while you have time paused?
3: Do the things you interact with while time is paused continue in their original function, or are they changed to how you moved them?
4: What is the extent in which you can interact. For all the nerdy people here, can you pause time and start groping women?
5: Can you pause time and bring other things/people into your paused time with you?
Depending on how much you can change things during pause-time, invisibility would win, as long as you don't have to get naked or they'd see clothes flying around.

Wait...how would water react when time is frozen, since anything moving comes to a halt (aka cells, etc).

Hmm seriously though I wouldn't want the ability to travel through time. Too many risks of permanently screwing something up. However mto81 has a good idea, though I wouldn't want to freeze time. I would rather be able to accelerate myself to nearly the speed of light. It wouldn't be like freezing time but I could still manipulate objects. They had an episode about this in the x-files.
The ability to use the power would be kind of limited though. I'd have to know someone was in peril in advance enough that I could get there to do something about it. Also I'd be limited to walking while moving that fast, so if something was happening 1000 miles away I doubt I'd be able to do anything about it.

Yea, and X-Files also showed the faults of that. Our bodies can't handle moving that quickly so we die. I'd just like Time manipulation with a Yes next to each of the questions in my previous post.

's what I thought, too. in fact, moving something would be theoretically impossible, as it's moving X distance in 0 time (so would it be teleportation? nah, I just think you would either 1) not be able to move it at all or 2) your hand would tear through the material with infinite speed, and it would tear off your hand.)
I'd much rather choose flight. time manipulation is much more dangerous, and wouldn't come in handy as much (for ethical uses, anyways).
