What's the predominant OS in this part of cyber land? Let's find out.

That means which OS has the most up-time. If you run Windows 70% of the time and Linux 30%, that means you predominantly run Windows. :p Sorry, thems the rules. :)

What if I have 3 boxes running Linux 100% of the time and one box dualbooting? Does that mean I run Linux 350% and Windows 50%?

Not that I boot Windows that often, but what if =)

If you're a 50-50 guy, then I guess you're running LinBlows.

Don't make me do the math for the 3 boxes. :) I could do it, but then I would feel more like an techno geek.

2 boxes of Linux = 66.67% Total
Dual boot box:
Linux 50% = 16.665% Total
Windows 50% = 16.665% Total

You're roughly 83.3% Linux uptime w/ those numbers. :)

2 machines running OpenBSD
1 machine running Debian Linux
1 iBook running Mac OS X (Mac OS 9 too, but I rarely use it)
1 ppro that will have OpenBSD installed on it soon
1 new Athlon that will have OpenBSD installed on it at the end of this week or beginning of next

Those are the ones I own.

Windows 2000 Pro x2 100% of the time and Windows Xp Pro x1 100% of the time.

Windows total 300%. :)

But I do have Red Hat and Mandrake to try also. I am sure I will be posting when I attempt Linux.
