[POLL] Which is more annoying?

Ricers or Low riders... Let's just say not the contest type Low riders but the ones where you have a Taurus with Daytons sticking out two feet from the body, or a mediocre ricer (once again, not full blown race/contest, just your garden variety with loud muffler and may be lowered).

Mediocre ricers. They usually start with a fart can, and never do anything else. Really f'n annoying, especially when they are dragging my street at midnight.
