POLL: Where would you prefer to live? City/Suburbs/Sticks

Definitely suburbs - the right amount of congestion and most of the time there are interesting things to do.

Not in the 'burbs like I do now, but not way out in no-mans land. Someplace with a couple of acres of land and maybe a small pond or creek/river running through it would be great.

I prefer somewhere between burbs and the sticks.. large plot of land but close enough to get to major shopping centres quickly.

I'm sort of in the burbs and sort of in the sticks. Small town outside of San Diego, but the area is still pretty rural compared to San Diego. I like my quiet and feeling safe....

I grew up in the NYC city suburbs and now I've been in Baltimore for 4 years (i.e. kinda ghetto) and I definitely prefer the peace and quiet of suburbs or, as is the case here in Baltimore, rural areas that are within 1/2 hour of cities.

In between the suburbs and sticks, kind of where I live now (~5 acres of land with forest).

Anywhere I can park close to my house and not be hounded by the f-cking neighbors...

Also, somewhere where people don't play loud, bad music in their backyard for the entire block to hear.
