on the kitchen counter 90% of the time.. on the passenger seat in my car 5% of the time.. in my purse or back pocket the other 5%.

I don't see a choice that's applicable.

I carry it in my tool bag. I refuse to have a cell phone on me. I don't normally answer it when it rings, anyway. My clients think I'm nuts, but their checks always clear. 😀
