A generous sprinkle of Omaha Steaks steak seasoning... good stuff. And I eat my steak well-done, thank you. Any juicier and it would be a freakin waterfountain exploding in your mouth. I'd prefer not to taste blood either :p

Never. A good medium rare steak needs nothing beyond light seasoning.

Does it make you feel... English?

Remember, never use it as embalming fluid!

A good cut of properly cooked beef needs nothing but a little salt. Cheap beef or overcooked and dry meat needs A1.

Maybe some spices to enhance the flavor, but no bbq sauce... though once I put some pain is good bbq sauce on there to spice it up and it wasn't too bad.

My mommy makes the best steaks. She does this cool thing w/ soy sauce and lots and lots of black pepper. It's spicy and soooooooooo good. I miss mommy again. :(

Hey thanks for the tip! Doesn't really make me feel English, should it? It is so yummy though, I like to cook with it too, good in hamburger, or combine w/lemon to prepare chicken.
