POLL: When you brush your teeth, do you brush your tongue?

I brush my teeth with toothpaste and then brush my tongue with water only. The reason I do that is since I gag and vomit anytime a significant amount of tootpaste touches my tongue. Trust me, that isn't a pleasant experience (and you have to rebrush your teeth and tongue after the vomit).

yes on both, especially scrape the back of your tongue, that's where a lot of the bacteria resides. Brush, scrape, and mouthwash. In the morning and at night.

I had a toothache like 10 years ago and the cold water hurt, so I brushed with hot water one day, and the toothache is long gone, but I have brushed with hot water ever since.
