I end up showering twice a day usually. Once in the morning after riding my bike to work and once in the evening after riding home and getting in a few extra miles. I'll rinse off occasionally right before bed during the summer too just to cool off a bit. GA summers are pretty nasty.
 
Usually in the morning. Helps me wake up, gets rid of bedhead. But I'll shower at night if I get dirty.
 
At night, it just feels weird showering when it's light outside for some reason.. 😛
 
I need to take a morning shower, otherwise I'd never be able to make it throughout the day.. plus my hair is greasy in the morning if I don't shower.
 
Night. Its disgusting going to bed sweaty with gelled hair flaking everywhere.

I usually take a shower at the gym after working out anyway, so technically I take one in the morning too.
