Why aren't there more back sleepers? For most people it's the best position for your body to stay in for an extended period.

I sleep on my back with arms straight at my sides.

I sleep on my stomach but don't use a pillow mainly because

a) suffocate myself or
b) have my neck at a crazy angle

I don't know how you stomach sleepers use pillows though

The freefall, flat on the tummy with the hands at the sides of the head, is the most unusual position. Only 6.5 percent of people prefer it and they are usually brash and gregarious.

I sleep on my stomach, with both hands and forearms crunching up my pillow for support of my head and chest, which I like to have my head turned to the left... unless of course I've fallen asleep on the sofa.

Then I'm sitting diagnol on the sofa with one leg on the cushions, the other on the floor, my left hand over my crotch, my right arm extended on the arm rest and the remote laying on the floor... with some damn infomercial on the tube.
