Being of the scary persuasion here. My vote is for beer or wine in between the games only (can't be releasing the controls during gameplay) and water from the camelback. Look ma! No hands!

Edit: Now if only I could do something about the potty breaks.

Ohh there's nothing like some Absolut Vodka while fragging along in CS, only problem is, Ive demolished countless keyboards this way.
