BMI = 25.39, yet at 11-12%BF

Too bad insurance companies use this to figure out rates.
My friend is 6'+ and 250+, yet built like a rock. He gets bad rates
because BMI lists him as obese.

It calculated a BMI of 23.2, down from a high of 27.6 about 7 months ago.

Another 1 point and I'm "overweight." I just dont get it, I feel like I need to gain about 15-20 lbs to not look like a rail and look normal.

21.62 (5'11", 155lbs)

I'd like to get myself to around 23 though (165lbs).

My body fat is ~12%, and my waist to hip ratio is under 0.95

LOL I am morbidly obese. :D

Just use bf%, I do not see why these threads are always posted when even the OP knows it is not useful.

It's deffinitely not bragworthy, I'll tell you that much. People call me skinny.

What a load of crap.

You have a BMI of 29.41.

BMI is between 25 and 29.9 (Overweight)
Persons falling in this BMI range are considered overweight and would benefit from finding healthy ways to lower their weight, such as diet and exercise. Individuals who fall in this range are at increased risk for a variety of ilnesses. If your BMI is 27-29.99 your risk of health problems becomes higher. In a recent study an increased rate of blood pressure, diabetes and heart disease was recorded at 27.3 for women and 27.8 for men. It may be a good idea to check your Waist Circumference and compare it with the recommended limits.
