31, I wouldn't call myself obese, I'm a very broad person. (See: Will I Fit?)

I'm 5'11 between 185lbs and 190lbs right now.

You have a BMI of 26.5.

BMI is between 25 and 29.9 (Overweight)

Persons falling in this BMI range are considered overweight and would benefit from finding healthy ways to lower their weight, such as diet and exercise. Individuals who fall in this range are at increased risk for a variety of ilnesses. If your BMI is 27-29.99 your risk of health problems becomes higher. In a recent study an increased rate of blood pressure, diabetes and heart disease was recorded at 27.3 for women and 27.8 for men. It may be a good idea to check your Waist Circumference and compare it with the recommended limits.

LoL ... I find that funny considering I took this pic last Friday which is 1 month into my cutting cycle.

According to BMI calculations I'm over 30, which is complete crap. Anyone with any muscle whatsoever will be considered a fatty by BMI standards.

Yah. It's like on the treadmill how when you just enter your weight and it tries to calculate the calories you have burnt while doing your exercises.

One of the most misleading things in a gym are the stats and charts on treadmills.

Already did and voted in the poll (~20) but I just wanted to point out the fact that the person who created the webpage doesn't seem to know his ass from a hole in the ground.

I think body fat % is much more useful. But of course that's harder to determine, you can't just plug in numbers and go.

32.1. Of course, my actual body fat ranges from 14-18%, which is why no intelligent person would ever consider bmi.
