I haven't either - yet... However, though I used to think I'd never do anything warranting it, I got a warning for quoting someone in context in my sig, and am thinking this someone is someone else's kid brother *wink wink nudge nudge* 😉
 
I earned a 1 week vacation and a 2 week vacation once. I posted some Simpsons news headlines here and in P&N that were pretty funny. That got me a 2 week vacation.

The one week vacation was for replying "in before the lock" in a thread that was doomed to be locked.

no bans (still pretty fresh out the gate), but i had a thread locked in P&N. it was a link to an image of Jesus flying a hang-glider, with the caption: "What WOULDN'T Jesus Do??" Turns out it would have been better in OT, and maybe even then not too smrt.

Bah, I've probably had 15-20 threads locked.
 
...I'am not going to talk about it and you can't make me..so there..but I won't be doing it any more. 😀
 
I was banned for about 3 years. I got into a name-calling thread with a popular member of the forums. The popular member went back through the thread and changed all (yes, all) of his replies, and thus avoided the ban. But I got caught.

It took a lot of repentance to convince the mods to let me back in.

1 week vacation for inadvertant linking
1 week vacation for saying that I didn't care about a popular member here. Seriously, My exact words were "I dont care about _______" & I got a nice vacation for that. :|
 
One month.

I mentioned a site that had apparently decided to add porn banners only a few days before. I didn't know, and I got banned.
 
dont think i've ever been warned or banned or even had a thread locked. I try to avoid controversy (i think)
 
I've been warned a few times, no vacation yet.

My favorite was when I posted a Hot Deal for a FREE Adult DVD (with $6.95 shipping).

A few days later I received a PM saying it was a no no.
