On the school bus question posed - of course I would call the police if they were driving the school bus. Recently, a local airline pilot was busted for alcohol as he was trying to board his flight to fly the plane; he was starting his shift and he stunk of booze. Bad call by the pilot in my opinion. I think the airline was Northwest; GR has a rinkydink airport so it's probably them. I'm going to rat someone for drinking a beer if they display decent driving ability. If that person is on there way to the airport to pilot a plane, I would expect people at the airport to catch him if he was intoxicated.

why would you rat him out? i mean, that sounds like basically what you do...
