jigsaw to cut with "thin metal blades" (smaller teeth)

drill to start a hole for the jigsaw and screw holes

dremel to finish (smooth) a cut, do minor cutting of the case, cutting plastic with the "multipurpose bit" (rotozip clone), etc...

holesaw, just once and it's only good for one thing ;-)

sandpaper wet\dry (assorted grits)

power sander (random orbit)

lots of newspaper

vacuum

why did i bring this up now? dremel digital infomercial... ;-)

I also use what's called a "Unibit". Basicially it reems out holes to the next size or just deburrs them. Most hardware stores carry them but they are a little pricy.
