Basador (or so we call it). Half Basset, Half Labrador. Not the smartest cookie in the jar, but he is pretty fun. He smiles. Funniest thing in the world. When you get home, and he is really excited to see you, he lifts his lips up in a smile.

My favorite dog just died last year. He was a German Shepard. Smartest dog I ever known, and the most loyal. First thing I want when I move into my own home after college is a German Shepard.

1.Yellow Lab, male, 3 years old. "Barney" We'll name the black one "Fred" if we ever get one.
2.Dalmatian, male, 9 years old. "Blue" (He has a blue eye), so we sold the rest of the pups and kept him, since it gives him character.

I have a dog that was the progeny of a purebred golden retriever and purebred golden lab. Great color of the golden + short (read: less mess) hair of the lab. I'd post a picture, but I don't have web space. If anybody cares enough PM me and I'll send it to you.

Lhaso Apso named Hoover!
He's some kind of freak of nature though. We have his AKC papers, so you'd think he'd be normal, but he's like twice the size of normal Lhaso's.
