Most Realistic: Operation Flashpoint

You get shot in the leg, you limp, both legs, you crawl. Shot in the arm, you have trouble aiming, both arms, you can't hold a weapon. You have fatigue and bleeding. Reloading takes time and walking and running are jerky, like real life.

A much different experience from the "camera with a gun" standard.

I have never been shot and I do not quite believe the movies where people were shot directory in the leg where they could continue to fight. The M-16 is specifically designed to tumble the bullet through the body and cause as much injury as possible... Pretty much one direct shot anywhere on your body will put you out of commision... Yeah, you can live, but I would imagine the pain is too difficult to continue doing whatever you were doing... Then again, when adrenaline is kicked in and your life is at stake, you can do amazing things. Who knows, but I think the most realistic is when you are shot, to be out of the game.

Most Realistic: America's Army

Most Fun: I had more fun over the years with Half Life, Quake2, Duke3d, RTCW: Enemy Territory then I have with any other games.
Currently, I think the most fun is probably BF1942, Desert Combat, but I haven't been playing FPS games too much for the last year or two (been on the World of Warcrack. I quit for a few months back in April, but since Early August I've been playin wayyy too much)

How is CoD 2 realistic in any way? Headshots don't kill. No matter when you shoot them, they magically get up and try to pistol you, and grenades are way too powerful and would never really throw people in the air. You have unlimited health and if you get shot in the head you magically heal in one second. It has no physics engine, so bodies die like in CS 1.6, and there are no objects to interact with. CS:S on the other hand, has all those things.
UT2K4 is fun, but I think HL2: DM kicks all ass.
