I use Trillian. Trillan is both "all" and "other".

You should have a choice for all-in-one IM clients. Such as Trillian, Odigo, and so on.

Most of my friends are on AIM or AOL, so that is the service that i find myself using :disgust:

i've been meaning to use that but my bro said it wasnt safe or whatever he said :)

Trillian is very safe. I don't know what your brother was thinking but he must have been under the influence at the time.

i think he meant to ask which IM system.. i use ICQ most of the time. But just to keep in touch with those AIM'ers, I use Trillian now.

You should also add Yahoo Messenger to the poll.

I play Yahoo Pool with all these cute 15-16 year old chicks, and then add them to my Yahoo Messenger. (Or the Yahoo Messenger section of Trillian in any case.)

MSn, icq, yahoo - MSN being my favorite. I use ICQ for file sending mainly. I use yahoo because people at work do for some reason and MSN is my favorite. I have used trillian but it doesn't allow use of emoticons (yes it has a big list but they don't really work unless the other person is on trillian - and even if they are MSN's emoticons are way cooler!). Plus, the reason I like MSN is because it's so damn simple and small; trillian is cool but in order to do so much it makes me feel like it's cluttered (much like ICQ)!

ICQ. I stopped using trillian after a while cause they didn't support file transfer.

I like it... very handy to have all of your MSG programs in one neat package!

I currently use AIM+. I was about to download trillian, but their server is too slow. I don't think it should take half an hour to download 2 MB on my cable connection. Are there any good mirrors? They didn't link to any.

have you tried download.com? if that's still too slow i can send it to you or anyone else who wants it........ :D

Man, I use NONE. I don't need or WANT to be that available. My email is checked every ten minutes and that's plenty. Probably the same reason I don't own a cell phone. Hell, I got a phone on my desk here and I won't even pick it up if it's ringing. That's what answering machines are for, right?

BTW, here's the exact message I use. And I do return all calls... when I damn well feel like it! :p
