It is NOT your job to determine how fast is "Fast enough". I will go 90mph if I want to. You are not the police officer. If I am going faster than you and you are in the left lane, get over! I am so used to it though, because the requirements to get a drivers license in this country are so poor. We really need to have a better system of teaching people how to drive. That is why some states have signs that say "SLOWER TRAFFIC KEEP RIGHT."

If there is no one in the right lane, and someone is on your ass... just get over. It might save your life.

I like to drive 65 in the fast lane when jerkoffs like you get behind me. 😀

Look at me! I have a small dick, so I have to drive slow on the interstate to have any power at all. Jerk.

People that drive in the fast lane that don't pass piss me off bad! I was driving on the interstate yesterday and some truck towing was trying to pass people for like 5 miles go 50. Then when we started going up hill a semi decided he should try to pass another semi which ended up eventually happening when they started going downhill.

Yeah the big semis that try to pass going up hills with a full load are the worst...know your role and get the fvck over to the right. You know you're slow and aren't breaking any freaking speed records so just give it up.

I pretty much just drive however I feel like, and I'm not planning on apologizing for it. Other people are a$$holes, and so am I.

I tailgate when going through redlights and the cars in front of me are accelerating to slow because I might get fvcked into stopping for the light twice. You want to take your sweet time accelerating? Thats nice, but fvck off and do it somewhere else. Not a lot of lights apply to this rule, and most people accelerate fast enough so its not usually an issue.

I tailgate people slightly sometime so I can block other people trying to cut into my lane. I don't want to tailgate these people, but I'll be damned if I'm going to let some fvcking cake eater cut into my line. When they put their directional on, I leave hardly any room so there's no way they can get in. Sometimes I feel generous and let people in with zippy little cars, if you're driving a truck or an SUV though, you're sh|t out of luck...you'll have to run me off the road before I let you in. I can't see around you and it makes driving harder, so "there's plenty of room: behind me"

I go between 5-10mph over the speed limit at all times when some one slower isn't in my way or traffic isn't moving slow. I pass them when I can, if they're going way to slow I tailgate them until I can pass.
If my speed isn't fast enough for you, pass me or tailgate me...I don't really care. I've got one speed: its however the fvck fast *I* feel like going and you have no say in the matter.

Oh, and I speed up to close gaps so SUV and huge trucks can't get in front of me, or get onto the road in front of me. Again, I can't see over you, you make driving difficult so tough luck.

Those are my rules. Are they hypocritical and jerky? You bet. But frankly, I don't give a sh|t. 😀

You and I are in complete agreement.

I hate getting stuck behind some big SUV or some jerkoff in a raised pickup truck (these are the guys with the small penis anyway). I almost never let them get in front of me and if they are I usually try to get around them or move to a different lane.

one car length per ten miles per hour speed

so if you are travelling at 60 mph, don't get within 6 car lengths of the car in front of you

tailgating causes a huge % of accidents

I think we all agree that this is how we should drive:

German and European traffic law has a few variations that North American drivers may not always be aware of. For instance, it is illegal to pass on the right on the Autobahn. Slow moving vehicles must always move to the right, and faster vehicles may pass on the left only. The only exception is when both lanes are moving slowly (under 60 km per hour, 35 mph), as in the frequent traffic jams (Verkehrsstaus). In such cases drivers are allowed to pass on the right, but at a speed no higher than 20 km per hour faster than the traffic in the left lane.

Wow must not be that many cars in Missouri. Try that here... it'll never happen.

The official "safe" following distance is 2 seconds. 4 if your behind a truck or bus. In reality, 1.45 sec. is the gap needed to prevent other cars cutting in. I don't tailgate, but I will push a bit if your planted in the passing lane and not passing.

As for other drivers tailing me, I just drop down a gear, click on the parking lights, and go. Usually takes care of it.
