I'm curious what everybody uses for mouse pointers. On my system, I use a black pointer with the Win2000 shadow feature enabled. What color/style do you use, and do you enable the shadow (win2k only)?

with win2k you should download cursorex.
the app makes your cursors skinnable. have a look-see at this site
for cursor sets you can try out.

also do a search for tumi's 3d cursors

My cursor is a shaded yellowish 3D cursor with the Win2k shadowing feature enabled.
It's one of the optional cursors that comes with the Logitech MouseWare software.

Inverse with the shadow thingee turned off as you don't notice it as good as the standard cursor.

BTW inverse large is great for laptop users!

/* Mine's white right now. I'd like a red one. How do I git me a red one? */

First, you need to download that CursorEx program from RiccioSoft. Then, you need to load a red cursor icon. In fact, I was planning to make one shortly, so for the benefit of you all who would like an IRIX-like (fwict) red cursor, I can upload the png to my isp's personal webspace folder, and post a link here.
