nope .. my parents said one day they were taking out the trash and found me in the dumpster and decide to take me home and raise me ... I guess that is why I'm not the same race as they are. :frown:

I have to agree with this for most situations. Your parents probably wanted to have a kid soon, so they just let what happened happen. That is what I am going to do when I get married and want kids. The wife goes off birth control and then if you get a kid, great. But you aren't activly trying to have a baby. Just my $.02

Not a mistake a surprise. But my mom did say that the only reasom she didn't have an abortion was because my dad fought so hard to have her keep the baby. Kind of sad but what the hell, can't take it back now.

I believe sociological studies would show that the majority of people are in fact conceived without planning, for whatever reasons, but probably mostly because in the heat of the moment one's judgement is often overshadowed by one's emotions and biological impulses.

Voted "They didn't tell me, but I don't think I was"..then I saw "No, I wasn't"...but ah well.

I don't think any of us (five) were mistakes :)

I come from a large family. I barely made it under the wire. After I was born, my Mom had her tubes tied. :p
