The best hotdog i ever had was from this place named Junkyard Dogs outside of Brown in Providence. It was a BLT, of course with Bacon lettuce, tomato and even mayo. It was a full pound dog on a fresh baked roll

Mustard definitely. Relish at times. The closest thing to catsup: chili.
