lol, im not saying that canibus isnt talented, just aint feeling him. cant explain it, and its not because of the em' disses, just never really got into it. but as far as your other recommendations in this thread and other hip hop threads, im 100% with ya. you have some great musical tastes.

Oh I understand. I'm still trying to force you to like him! Just listen to Poet Laureate II though, atleast once! But I understand what you mean, there are some musical groups that, while good, I can't get into it.

Thanks for appreciating my musical tastes. I'm thinking of starting another thread dedicated to real rap. Probably do it tomorrow.

have you listened to anything by Binary Star? They are pretty good as well. As is Jurassic 5.

oh yeah, i forgot about that song. i like that song. its during the credits of the movie. forgot all about it.

i havent heard much of binary star, and of course ive heard of j5, they are great arent they? its kinda neat seeing them get some major recognition. i remember when quality control came out, i listened to that and was like 'wow'. you ever listen to some visionaries or louis logic? also some black eyed peas, bridging the gaps was another cd that made me say 'wow'. a lot of people swear by dilated peoples also, a few of their tracks i feel, but its pretty much the same way i am about 'bis.

lol, also, good luck with that real rap thread. ill try and help when i can, but from my expierences thus far with this community, rap isnt quite embraced here. then i see the evascence thread get like 8000 posts, and i scratch my head. but as i always say, to each his/her own i suppose.
