Poll: Tire replacement

My tires wear fast if I just drive on pavement...damn swampers, but you can drive over hell in the mud with em, and they won't budge...I've pulled nails and screws out of em after hittin the trails, and not a problem...but one day on pavement...and they burn up 🙁...but they're 12 ply so no biggie. Also they are $200+ a piece...

a couple blowouts and many flats from debris. out of the six sets of tires ive bought for the 2 cars ive owned, only 2 sets have been from wear. the rest have had multiple leaks or punctures in one or 2 tires, so i replace the set.

apparently im a driving anomoly.

Only had a blow-out once, and it was with crappy tires that had been sitting around for years. Had to replace a flat once for getting a screw through the sidewall. Otherwise, I eat through a set with the commute about ever 1-2 years.

I do suggest getting the high speed (S) rated tires. They seem to last longer, do better at high speeds, and not get out of shape as fast.
