Happy right now. But I do want to regain about 3 lbs of muscle I lost during recovery from injury.

5'10" 122lbs. I was 114 a couple months ago, but I've been lifting lightly and gone up. I want to reach 130 before I go to college (WAKE!) this August.

For me personally I'd like to be thinner, but I'm much thinner than average guys my age, so I said "stay".

Well, it was over about 10 months, so I managed not to deteriorate too much :) I am allowed to lift weights again starting this week, but not at my full capability yet.

5'10"

I've heard it's a lot harder to gain mass then it is to lose "fat" weight. Good luck.

5"10 and a pretty solid 81.5kg ~ 179.3lbs. Need to get to 85Kg 187lbs and then to eventually 94Kg 206.8lbs if my body will take it and if I can be assed to get so big :p

I'm an amateur body builder. I'm always looking to gain more. :)

Presently I'm 6' 205 lbs.

Someday I hope to be 6'3" ;)

Seriously, I'd like to be around 220.

You won't get to 6'3" if you do heavy squats ;)

6'1 223lbs here. I would like to lose 20 more pounds. I actually started out at 276 pounds, so it hasn't been too bad.

I'd like to lose a bit more, I'm more concerned with filling out muscle a bit though. I've been lifting weights everyday, eating my whole grains, drinking lots of water everyday, and doing cardio 3 to 4 times a week for 30 minutes or so and I gotta say it's not that hard, and it works wonders.

I know. The ony thing heavy squats seems to be growing are my feet. :(

(when your feet go flat and your arches fall, they get longer)
