Poll: SPRINT PCS CUSTOMERS: are you satisfied?

<< For $15/month 100 anytime minutes I'm not complaining >>

For $0/month 1500 anytime minutes I'm not complaining 😛 😉

when i used them i was rather satisfied with their service.

i am dissatisified with their phone variety, which is why i switched to at&t

it sucks. always overloaded. does not work in or near my home. doesn't deliver voicemail properly.

While their rates are very cheap, the customer service sucks, especially the billing department. My first bill the charged triple than what I was supposed to pay. oN the the bill they charged me for roaming and extra minutes, because they forgot to add some packages that I had picked. But that's not the last time they did that, they did the same thing 2 more times. Those times they charged me for extra minutes, and I know I wasn't using my phone at all. I was out of town for the whole month. But they didn't want to take the charges off my bill. So, I just quit using it and paying it. They closed my account.
So, anyway, the bottomline I wasn't very happy with their service, plus my calls got dropped so many times, and I was living in Houston at that time! 🙁

I have been with Sprint since 98 and have not had any major problems.. friends of mine have switched around and every other service is about the same if not worse... so this is best (rates are lowest)... phone range sucks though.. but does not bother me as long as my phone works everywhere I go and is not roaming in other home networks.

Oh sh!t! Thanks for reminding me! I gotta pay my bill!

Whew, ok, that's done.

Been with Sprint for a year now. Was with Bellsouth for 2 years before that. The Bellsouth service in my apartment was crap. I was never able to complete a phone call, would always drop. Spring is just fine, partially because there is a tower not too far from my complex (I worked for Sprint when they were building their network here in Atlanta a couple years ago, visited 75% of the 400+ towers active when they launched).

the problem I have is they are always roaming me when they shouldn't be (when I'm in their covered area)

it really pisses me off. And their CS is filled with incompetents

My service has been cool so far. However, I dont like getting calls from spring asking me to upgrade and stuff, does that happen with you guys?

They suck bad in MD. The tried to charge me a 150 disconnection fee when i try to disonnect my phone AFTER my contract was over. Plus the recpetion sucks. WHen ever i go inside a build the phone doesn't have reception, which pissed me off!:|:disgust::frown:😕

No major problems here in northern Virginia for nearly two years. I'm trying to wait for one of those new PDA phones for an upgrade.

I am trying to merge accounts with my girlfriend now and the plans they're currently offering haven't enticed me enough to make a cost-effective switch.

NO. I was happy for like 6 months but the past 4 months or so I've had HORRIBLE reception, always dropping calls .. pisses me off. I'm in the Bay Area. What's weird is I used to have perfectly clear reception at home, and now nada. *shrug*

Depends, near my house, its a weak signal.
In the city its fine.
Overall, its worth the cash.

Im in MD and have had no problems at all. Been a customer since begining of 98 and still am, plus both my parents and brother have Sprint phones and accounts now.

It's not bad, I've used them for about 20 months. I considered switching, but I like their rates, everyone knows my current number, their Denso Touchpoint phones have been great, and by switching, I risk being less satisfied. Coverage is constantly improving in Minnesota anyway, but I also bought a block of off-network roaming minutes to compensate.

I use it in the LA area and don't have any complaints. Only odd thing is that I can use the phone in our house but my mom can't. It just doesn't get a signal when she's using it. Very odd. Using a StarTAC btw. Any ideas?

I use pcs and like them. They are much better than verizon in NE Kansas. I have the 39 or 49 dollar plan and work (sprint) pays for it so its all free to me. Web use, roaming, etc, all free.
