Poll: Soundgarden

:music:I'm gonna break....I'm gonna break my rusty cage....aaaaaand ruuuuuun!:music:

Great band. I saw them a few times live and got to have dinner with the band on the Badmotorfinger tour stop in Atlanta.

I actually preferred Soundgarden and Alice in Chains over Pearl Jam. Great band.

:music: steal the rhythm while you can. :music:

I also really liked Temple of the Dog and Cornell's solo CD, but am still trying to get into Audioslave after a dozen listens.

You lucky man.
A buddy of mine in the radio industry got me in on the gig. Chris sat at our table and is a really cool guy once you actualy get him talking.

Stop now, I am already jealous. 😛

Heh...best I've been able to do is meet Scott Weiland and the guitarist from Stone Temple Pilots after a concert they opened for MegaDeath when STP first started hitting it big. They were pretty uninterested in talking with any fans at all....unless they had boobies.

I like them. Saw them in Chicago right before they called it quits, and it was one of the best shows I've ever been to.

Yes.

And whoever said Alice In Chains & Soundgarden > Pearl Jam is someone that I disagree with. I like Pearl Jam a lot more, but that's just me. Don't bring up the cover of Last Kiss either.

Pearl Jam's cover of Last Kiss is horrible! 😉

No really, it is.

That would be me. I loved ten but I kind of got tired of them when Vitalogy came out. I got back to my dorm from morning classes the day it came out and every f'in idiot in the dorm had their window open cranking out Last Exit and Better Man. That went on for over a week straight.

Ten is probably the best Pearl Jam album, so just listen to it more than the others and problem solved 🙂
