Poll: Since BigLance went postal, here is a new poll with better options. (AMD vs. Intel in Stability)

Here:

"I think the majority would honestly give the Intel platform the Reliability award and the AMD the speed award..."

I think its time you quit telling my that I said EVERYBODY would pick Intel in the first POLL. Because I DID NOT, I said Majority, and the Majority picked Intel in the first Poll. Before and after I edited it. Considering this I'd say I did alright in the first poll, you and some others however have made fools of yourself for stating false information.

Oh, I'll be funny now: The Bud in Budman is not for Bud Beer, its for Bud as in Pot, hahaha, I'm so funny... now I'll call you Bud(POT)Man, hahahaha, man I'm good.. take that ! Lets make fun of each others name... that is original... get a life.

You little person, read what you said:

"I said Majority, and the Majority picked Intel in the first Poll."

In the previous poll, 40% Intel, 30% about the same, and 30% AMD, there was no majority, the 40% who voted Intel do not make up a majority. More importantly, 60% who voted about the same or AMD, disagreed with this "Intel platform the Reliability award and the AMD the speed award" statement because they think they're equal(which means Intel is NOT better), or AMD is better(which means Intel is NOT better either).

Finally, adding additional options to the poll, eg. Intel/VIA and AMD/AMD does not change a flying thing, imagine if the ballot has 10 more candidates, people are still going to vote Bush or Gore.

"The more you open your mouth BigDance the lower your IQ goes."

HAHAHAHAHAHA That's the funniest thing I have heard all day..🙂 😉

Like I stated before, I never said EVERYONE would say Intel is more stable... about Damn time that is cleared up.

<< EVERYONE >>

Um no.. only 24% out of EVERYONE voted that Intel is more stable. Don't tell me you don't know how to read neither.
But you did mention and kept trying to claim that INTEL is more stable, and you were proved wrong, Wrong, And WRONG AGAIN!. Problem was you just nnever understood the math and have vbeen making a fool of yourself ever since.

I can only speak for myself, but have owned both Intel & AMD systems & right now my AMD system is the most stable.

🙂

Actually you are WRONG AGAIN.

It's actually from the BEER Budweiser.

But then again you're Wrong most of the time.

It was more like 40% for Intel, but that is beside the point. Look, what you guys have been saying about the other %60 nor for Intel does have a little meaning, however, if you dropped the "equal" catagory alltogether those voted that way would have probably either: 1. Not voted at all or 2. Voted about half for Intel and Half for AMD. In either case, Intel would still be on top due to its large lead over AMD in that Poll. But you are missing the whole point of that Poll. The point was to see if more peole prefer Intel or AMD, and more preffered Intel, you cannot deny that fact. That is the point I have been trying to make... all this about the Majority voted for something other than Intel has no meaning when it comes to Intel/AMD.

Are you that dense Budman... ?

"Actually you are WRONG AGAIN.

It's actually from the BEER Budweiser."

Ah, Really ? well since I was being serious and all I guess I am wrong , LOL !

Given the fact that my Sig has beer in it should have given you a hint.

But then you dont take hints very well do you?😉

Oh god, that made no sense. Its like trying to take out water out of soup, and still calling it soup(instead of stew).

BigLance, if I am trying to prove that AMD is more stable than Intel, and AMD gets 20%, BOTH gets 70%, and Intel gets 10%, would you say that AMD is more stable, or that they are equally stable?

If I am trying to prove that X is true, I have to take into consideration everything that disagrees with X. So if X gets 40%, and every other option that has been chosen disagrees with X, then I have to subtract those votes. since the others add up to 60%, and 40% is clearly less than 60%, we have proven that X is not true. Apply this to the AMD vs. Intel poll INCLUDING the both option, which is relevant.

BigLance is trying to deny "Equal" as an option, you make the call.

For you information, "Equal/About the same" is not an option for those who dont have a clue who to vote for or being neutural or whatever, its for people that have used both flatforms and find them equally easy to setup and running equally stable, it absolutely has to be an option.

Your right Sir Frederick, and thanks for not being a Prick about it like these "others" ...

I just want to know one thing though: If there had been no "Equal" option in my Poll, are you guys still going to say Intel would have lost to AMD.. please, just answer that qustion !!

"So you can just throw those Palm Beach county votes outta the window huh?"

Bad Command or File Name

You didn't answer the question 🙂

No BigLance, most people wouldn't have voted since "Equal" is a valid option. Its like trying 2 pairs of shoes, and find both are equally as good, would I vote for 1 or the other? No.

Thats exactly my point, you wouldn't have voted. I already covered this above. Intel would have still be ahead because most of those who voted for "Equal" wouldn't have voted... and Intel was far ahead of AMD. Bingo ! We have come to an agreement.

I was both WRONG and RIGHT. The whole majority thing was unaccurate on my part, but my point about Intel being more stable above AMD in my POLL was accurate.

But thats uttered ridiculous! LOL
Eliminating the "Equal" would unbalance things and Intel would "appear" to win majority. However the truth is, 20-30% think that its equal, how can you ignore that? Your just blind folding yourself from the TRUTH.
