Poll: SIMPLE QUESTION: Should I Leave AnandTech Forums?

I'd like to hear what the mods have to say. Personally I don't like seeing half my screen filled with "LOL -- ROTFL ....AWESOME", "check this out", "what do you think of my new site", "stop picking on me" all authored by anyone.

I've noticed that the same sort of evolution happens with hypo-nefs like Josh and BritneySpear.

1)initial "hi I'm new posts"
2)first waves of "check out this"
3)surges of useless nef posts/nef reaches high member status
4)"stop picking on me"/"why don't you like me" posts
5)"Should I stay or should I go?"

Just something I've noted...wondering if anyone else sees the same pattern...

BTW, It's gonna be weird not havin to post what you guys think is a "nef post" I mean, I am not quite sure of that. Someone will post a rant and people will reply accordingly, I'll post a rant and people will flame me. That's what I don't get.

I personally like the new york subway system, but if 1/3 of all my posts were about the subways, my website about the subways (if I had one, which I don't), or talking about how the electrical system in the subway system must rock, you'd consider me strange or a nef.

Pretender, most of us already think your a little odd. If you developed a sudden obession with the NY Subway it wouldnt surprise me in the least

Josh was right about one thing though, he reallly doesnt post about Pokemon that much.

As josh stated he will likely stay irregardless of what the conclusion of the poll is.
As for cutting back on &quot;nef&quot; posts... you can try but we will always view you as a Nef. Ask Paulson, once you hace the neffing repuation it never leaves.
