yes, but under certain laws......maybe around the same guidlines as alcohol like 21 to buy.....even though that doesn't stop minors for getting it.....people who want to smoke it will anyway......and i'd say once the government finds out how to tax it or make money off of it like cigs, then they will legalize it

I think it should. People are doing it illegally and its a waste of time for people to try and stop it from going on. People should have the choice if they want to do this and face side effects and what not.

Blah, I really didn't read much of the thread since its gonna be a long time before we have to make any decision on this. But I do think the arguements that the goverment cant tell you what you can/cannot put in your body is dumb. Its already around. Its called the FDA, there are many prescription drugs you cant get because of them. Following this same arguement then you think that everything should be legal? I really don't want herion users sitting on the street corner....but you say the governement cant tell them what to do with their body. I assume if the goverment cant tell you what to do with your body that you all are pro-choice for abortion too?

Just because the government already does something doesn't make it right.

If you don't want heroin users sitting on the street corner, then either don't look at them, or move somewhere else.

Abortion doesn't affect just your body, it affects the baby. Saying all anti-war-on-drug people are pro-choice is far from true.
