home that is. I'm bored at work so I have to nef with a poll here. Tomorrow is the 4th of july. I'm 100 miles from my hometown/family. I get off work at 7:30. I can either drive home tonight, spend the day with my family and a slow computer on a cable connection and drive back down here to my apartment tomorrow night, or I can stay down here tonight on my fast computer thats dial-up. I think I'll be going home this weekend too so that makes me less tempted to drive home tomorrow, but with all my friends gone, toorrow will be boring. What should I do. You decide my fate* :D

* Unless your decision sucks, then I will choose for myself

Go home. You'll just keep getting more and more bored -- the end result will be you hating work. Now you don't need that, do you?

If you live a 100 miles away, you probably haven't seen them in a while. The 4th is a great time to go back and see them and not be expected to have brought gifts (christmas, birthdays, etc).

Actually I just saw them this last weekend, I truthfully go home alot :D I'm thinking about going home after work, popping a di gorno pizza in the oven, packing a few thinggs up and enjoying a nice drive in teh cooler night air. Maybe I'll stop at staples before I leave town and pick up a 5 foot folding table to make a desk out of and build a linux box tomorrow :D :)
