I have my masters in computer science as well as finance and operations logistics management.... And my advice would be to definitely beyond any doubt stay the extra year and get your masters. Not only will it enhance your promotion and career path down the road, it will also enhance your earning potential and open doors in general.
You don't *need* a masters, but it certainly doesn't hurt. I've known countless people that took the job (and the quick money) saying they would go back to get a masters later ..... and rarely does anytone do it. Once you get involved in your career, possibly a family and the like, chances are very slim you're gonna want to go back and get your masters. Stay the extra year and get it
