I'm a fatass. I used to be a coke chugging high calorie eating computer geek, now I'm trying to change that... I've already lost two inches off my waist in the last couple of weeks and am looking for an ideal weight of 180lbs.

I'm not missing it, its not offered. :)

as far as XXXL or XXXXL I need to do that on a per item basis and get some different prices.

XL. Anything smaller is too tight in the shoulders. And getting properly fitting dress shirts without custom tailoring is a pain in the ass.

L... XL. Everyone has their own definition. An Old Navy XL is great after a wash, but any other brand and its still a bit large.

I cannot wear normal shirts, my arms, torso and neck are to wide, i have a hard time finding clothes that will fit...

There are shirts that i can actually button without ripping them, but i trip over the sleeves when i walk....

Same here. It's my damn long monkey arms. Most "Large" shirts are perfect through the shoulders in shirts that don't shrink considerably, but the arm length is always too short.

If large-tall is not available, I just get XL. Or if the shirts are all cotton, I usually have to buy XL.

XL looks fine on me, and I usually only have an extra inch or so in the shoulders with XL. But Large-Tall looks more tailered.
