Nokia, because I like the candybar style more than flip-phone designs. Looks like the feature set is the same, so I'd go with whichever design appeals to you more.
I think the real question here is why you bought 2 phones.
my friend has a nokia phone... what a piece of crap. Feels plastic-y and cheap (more so then other phones), and the GUI rivals that of an old school NES.
