I'd take the rice. 20" and 22" rims on most CARS isn't only ugly, but unsafe and makes the car feel like there are no shock absorbers. Trucks with dubs are okay but I'm not much of a truck person.
 
rice... at least I can use the wing for real motorsports applications... the big brakes are helpful and I do like a nice clean engine bay.

I prefer nice forged and light wheels to friggin heavy dubs, esp since I do autocross. Though I hate those low profile tires... potholes = da suck.
 
Bling without question, roll around on some faddy 24"'s in my Lincoln Navigator and actually have some POWER under the hood..
 
Just curious, but don't rice owners consider their rockets to be bling?..i mean...isn't that the whole point?...to be 2 fast and 2 furious?....

just had to bring it up, i've many friends w/ rockets and they are fast, but just not my style....i'd go for the bling...

Rice isn't a rocket though.

A Civic with Type-R badge, big aluminum wing, carbon-fiber hood, and stock internals is rice.
A Civic with a B20 VTEC, supercharger, nitrous oxide, and oodles of boost is a rocket.

They're generally mutually exclusive ... eg the ricer will spend all their money on show, and the tuner has too much class to rice.

Rice anyday. In some cases, the cars are sleak, smooth, and fast- but the Escalades with gold rims are just plain gaudy and obnoxious.
 
i want spinners. my friends drive rice. its not that fun. its just like driving in my mom's camry ... except you know it has clear corners and has been lowered and they put like tin cans and stuff in the engine. spinners would be tight. go for the bling bling. 🙂
