This was my first 100% adult non-multigenerational Thanksgiving. There was plenty of food. I am not sure why they cooked two turkeys. We watched the football games and did a lot of shots. All the women got drunk and very affectionate. I lost count of the number of open mouth kisses I got.

I hope that this is a non-family gathering . . ..

I'd say 7 or 8. Food was great and it was nice to see everybody, but we all met at my cousin's house, and she has a cat. To say I'm allergic to them would be putting it mildly; I was absolutely miserable by the time we left. Fortunately, it only took a couple hours to clear up once I got out of the house.

7....

Was at the inlaws.

Turkey was dry, but the side dishes were good. My mother-in-law makes the best gravy-Jello...lol. (I keep telling her that I thought gravy was a liquid)

Drawback... Wife's aunt and uncle visited this year... nice people, but don't give them the remote... Thanksgiving = Football, not some old movies, and definately not any Elvis movies.

snowed so I couldn't get up the driveway to put my winter tires on. It was snowing so hard we had to call off the trap shoot because we coulnd't see the damn bird to shoot it.
didn't get to drink anything since I had to get up to go to work. Lost every game of euchre.
