I gave you a 4 but it depends on what you are going for. Sometimes simple is better, which is why I rated you the way I did. Is that all there is to it?
 
u broke a basic design rule
ur graphics should extend much longer.
at the top and side.
coz it looks ugly for ppl with bigger monitors and higher resolutions...
 
honestly, i think it needs some work. to me it looks like something you put together in 5 minutes. different design elements everywhere. my suggestion is better usage of fonts and font sizes which can help out a LOT, and a simple color scheme instead of too many contrasting shades.
 
well I did it in a short time yes, and the fonts are far from final,
It is meant to be like this, short, though I could easily change it so it streches in all directions.
