Some dude got snippy with me in another thread because he said you should test to see if your PSU is powerful enough for your vid card by plugging in VGA power after you boot up your PC. What do you guys think?

A. Good Idea!

B. Very Very bad Idea!

C. What a stupid idea to suggest for someone to do to their new GPU...but by all means do it to your own!
