alright, staples.com has 'em both for 249 (minus a 40 off coupon, heh heh) but which one to get??

Visor is not have flash rom which means you're stuck with the same Palm OS for its life. It is not upgradeable. They are already using an older OS (not 3.5 like the Palm IIIXE)

Visor, you can download a new OS for the visor, which my friend did, and it has an expansion slot in back for things like mp3 players and modems and such

You're definitely going to get the most bang for your buck with the Visor Deluxe but I LOVED my Palm Vx, the small form factor, the build quality, the screen sharpness.

I'll buy another PDA if/when they can package a good all around cell phone (Nokia 6190) with a great PDA (Palm Vx).

Let's hope they bring this out in early 2001 then it's affordable by summer 2001.
