I've owned at least 20 models between PPC and PalmOS amd must say I will use the Palm til the day the last Palm-based PDA vanishes off the face of the Earth. PPC is the crappies, buggiest productr MS ever released. As an organiser, it can't hold a candle to Palm, everything else (MP3, movies, games) doesn't matter.

You're kidding right? If we're talking about the $100 junk Palms, OK. But in the mid to high range PPC's own Palms...mainly b/c of Dell.

Palm's new POS "LifeDrive" costs $499. You can get basically the same thing in an Axim X50v for ~$370. Not to mention an X30 High would be even cheaper than that still

When I was shopping for my PDA, I was looking in the $200-$250 price range. There were NO PPC's in that range at that time with comparable specs. I don't even think there were any PPC's in that price range, period. The Axims were considerably costlier. I'm happy with my Zire 72.
