I don't think the school overreacted. The school can't really be seen reacting leniently to such behavior, otherwise morre students may try a similar stunt the next time they get the opportunity. Plus, they're kids, they have no business calling a stripper. They're underage, so I'm pretty sure what happened was illegal too.
