no hands on the wheel!
You didn't put that option up.

need one hand to hold the crack pipe and the other to hold the lighter

or one to hold the beer, and one to hold the joint.

Not to condone that type of behavior.....

Where is the option for lying back on cruise control steering with foot resting on the wheel?

Only time I use 2 is in really, really, really bad weather, or when making a sharp turn when I need to spin the wheel faster than I can with 1.

Knees?? Come on fellas, I got a cig in one hand and my chick of the day in another hand and I use my 3rd leg to control the wheel.

Always 2 on the highway. Otherwise it's 1 or 2 depending on which ones more comfortable at the time.

Usually one hand on the wheel at 6 o'clock, other hand on the shift knob.
